SCHEDULE

The byelaws made under section 70 of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980 F1 by–

(a)Lothian Regional Council on 17th February 1987;

(b)Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council on 10th March 1987;

(c)Central Regional Council on 11th March 1987;

(d)Shetland Islands Council on 24th March 1987;

(e)Fife Regional Council on 31st March 1987;

(f)Grampian Regional Council on 2nd April 1987;

(g)Tayside Regional Council on 2nd April 1987;

(h)Borders Regional Council on 7th April 1987;

(i)Western Isles Council on 21st April 1987;

(j)Strathclyde Regional Council on 28th April 1987;

(k)Highland Regional Council on 13th May 1987;

(l)Orkney Islands Council on 21st May 1987.
