Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Changes for England (Council Tax) (Transitional Reduction) Regulations 1997.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force for the purposes of regulation 4 on 25th February 1997 and for all other purposes on 26th February 1997.
