The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 to the Teaching Council (Scotland) Act 1965F1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and having consulted the General Teaching Council for Scotland and other bodies or persons who appear to him to be concerned, hereby makes the following Order:
