Revocations and savings
4.—(1) The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1988(1) (“the 1988 Regulations”), the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1989(2), the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1990(3) and the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1993(4) are hereby revoked.
(2) Nothing in paragraph (1) affects the validity of a notice served before the coming into force of these Regulations if, at the date of service of the notice, the notice was in the form then prescribed by the 1988 Regulations.
