The Sex Offenders Act 1997 (Commencement) Order 1997

In exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 10(2) of the Sex Offenders Act 1997(1) the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Sex Offenders Act 1997 (Commencement) Order 1997.
2. The Sex Offenders Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st September 1997.
