Continuation of existing modifications for part-time students
25. A part-time student who prior to 1st September 1997 had embarked on a course of study which continues after 1st September 1997 may take advantage of regulations 11 and 18(3)(f)(vi) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations in respect of that course of study for any remaining period of his period of study or until his award of jobseeker’s allowance has terminated, if sooner.
