Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing (Prescribed Forms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 28th August 1997.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Housing (Prescribed Forms) (No. 2) Regulations 1990(1) and a reference to a numbered form in the Schedule to these Regulations is a reference to the form bearing that number in the Schedule to the principal Regulations.
Amendment of Principal Regulations
2. The forms set out in the Schedule to the principal Regulations shall be amended as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
