Amendments to the 1988 Regulations
35. For Schedule 4 substitute–
Regulations 7, 8, 11A, 14, 15, 15A, 18, 23 to 27, 29,
“SCHEDULE 437, 42, 44 and 66
1. Any adjoining planning authority where the proposed development is likely to affect land in their area.
2. Scottish Natural Heritage.
3. The water and sewerage authority for the area in which the development is to take place.
4. SEPA.
5. The Health and Safety Executive.
6. The Secretary of State.”.
