SCHEDULE 1 The Convention

CONVENTION ON THE PHYSICAL PROTECTION OF NUCLEAR MATERIAL

Article 2

2.  With the exception of articles 3 and 4 and paragraph 3 of Article 5, this Convention shall also apply to nuclear material used for peaceful purposes while in domestic use, storage and transport.
