Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1997 Partial Revocation Order 1997 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 18th July 1997.
Revocation
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1997(1) is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order.
