The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraphs 1 and 12 of Schedule 3 to the Armed Forces Act 1976(1), hereby makes the following Order:—

1976 c. 52; Schedule 3 was amended by the Armed Forces Act 1996 (c. 46), section 5 and Schedule 1.
