1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Guardians Ad Litem and Reporting Officers (Panels) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 29th July 1997.
(2) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “the principal Regulations” means the Guardians Ad Litem and Reporting Officers (Panels) Regulations 1991(1).
