Amendment of the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1997
2. The Schedule to the Third Country Fishing (Enforcement) Order 1997(1) shall be amended as follows:
(a)in paragraph 1, in column 1, after the words “flying the flag of Norway” there shall be inserted the words “as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 1131/97(2)”;
(b)in paragraph 2, in column 1, after the words “flying the flag of the Faroe Islands” there shall be inserted the words “as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 1132/97(3)”.
