The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the administration of facilities previously managed by the former South and West Regional Health Authority, having consulted Avon Health Authority and the National Health Service trusts specified in the Schedule to this Order in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

1977 c. 49; section 92 has been amended by section 11(5) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19) and by paragraph 44 of Schedule 1 to the Health Authorities Act 1995 (c. 17).
