Amendment of the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991
2. For paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991(1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:–
“3.—(1) An official label shall measure not less than 110mm x 67mm and, subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, shall have printed on it the words–
“EC Rules and Standards”.
(2) Official labels printed prior to 1st July 1997 with the abbreviation “EEC” instead of “EC” may be used until 31 December 2001.”.
