Amendment to Schedule

5.  In Schedule 3 (conservation plan operations) to the principal Order, for paragraph 5, there shall be substituted the following two paragraphs:

“5.   The creation or restoration of ponds.

5A.   The restoration of dewponds or ditches.”.
