The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1997

1.  This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1997, and shall come into force on 3rd May 1997.

2.  The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997(1) is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

3.  The table in Schedule 2B is replaced with the table in the Schedule to this order.

4.  In Schedule 2C item 2 is varied as follows:

“2.   The A41 Watford Way, southbound carriageway, the north-east side, between a point 1.0 metre north-west of the party wall of 40 and 42 Watford Way and a point 1.0 metre north-west of the party wall of 38 and 40 Watford Way.”

5.  In Schedule 3B, item 1 is varied as follows:

“1.   The A41 Watford Way, southbound carriageway, the north-east side between a point 3.0 metres south-east of the north-western wall of 44 Watford Way and a point 1.0 metre north-west of the party wall of 40 and 42 Watford Way.”

6.  In Schedule 4 the following item is added:

“20.   The A41 Watford Way, southbound carriageway, between a point 1.0 metre north-west of the party wall of 38 and 40 Watford Way and a point 6.0 metres south-east of the said party wall.”

7.  In Schedule 4 the following item is added:

“21.   The A41 Watford Way, southbound carriageway, between a point 3.0 metres south-east of the party wall of 14 and 16 Watford Way and a point 4.0 metres south-east of the said party wall.”

8.  In Schedule 4, item 4 is varied as follows:

“4.   The A41 Watford Way, southbound carriageway, between a point 1.0 metre south-east of the common boundary of 28 and 30 Watford Way and a point 3.0 metres south-east of the party wall of 18 and 20 Watford Way.”

9.  In Schedule 4, item 7 is varied as follows:

“7.   The A41 Hendon Way, southbound carriageway, between a point 4.1 metres north-west of the south-eastern flank wall of 234 Hendon Way and a point 2.1 metres south-east of the north-western boundary of 232 Hendon Way.”

10.  In Schedule 4, item 8 is varied as follows:

“8.   The A41 Hendon Way, southbound carriageway, between a point 6.8 metres south-east of the north-western flank wall of 232 Hendon Way and a point 3.0 metres south-east of the north-western flank wall of 230 Hendon Way.”
