4.between a point 119 metres south of the southern flank wall of the southern sports pavilion and its junction with Russell Hill Road.
5.Russell Hill Road, between its junction with Foxley Lane/Pampisford Road and its junction with A235 Brighton Road.
6.Purley Road between its junction with A235 Brighton Road and its junction with A23 Brighton Road, including all roads forming part of the gyratory system, south-east of Brighton Road.
7.Foxley Lane between its junction with Banstead Road and its junction with Purley Way/Russell Hill Road.
8.Banstead Road between its junction with Brighton Road and its junction with Foxley Lane.
9.Brighton Road between its junction with Russell Hill Road/Purley Road and a point 240 metres north of the common boundary of Birchfield and Springbank, Brighton Road, Coulsdon.
