The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 165A of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having consulted the council of the City of Sheffield, hereby makes the following Order–

1980 c. 65; section 165A was inserted by section 180(2) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (c. 28) and was amended by section 143(4) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (c. 53).
