8. The Gaming (Records of Cheques) Regulations 1988(1), the Gaming (Records of Cheques) (Amendment) Regulations 1991(2), the Gaming (Records of Cheques) (Scotland) Regulations 1988(3) and the Gaming (Records of Cheques) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 1991(4) are hereby revoked.
