This Order transfers to the Sussex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust on 16th February 1996 trust property formerly held by the East Sussex Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, NHS Trust Unit, Room 1W29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
Transfer of trust property2
On 16th February 1996 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
