Amendments to the principal Regulations

4.  In regulation 6—

(a) in paragraph (2)(c)(1) for the words “or (b)” there shall be substituted “, (b) or (ba)”;

(b) in paragraph (4)(2) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) there shall be added “which does not satisfy the condition specified in paragraph (3)(c) but satisfies that condition as modified for the purposes of this paragraph by paragraph (5)”.
