Amendment of the Contracting-out Regulations
2. In regulation 43 of the Contracting-out Regulations (notifications to the Secretary of State) after sub-paragraph (d) in paragraph (4A) there shall be added—
“(e)where effect has been given by means of an appropriate policy of insurance under section 32A(1)(a) or (b) (discharge of protected rights on winding up: insurance policies), to identify the member in respect of whom, and the insurance company with which, that policy was taken out or entered into.(1).”.
