Transfer of functions

27.  To the extent that functions conferred on a Health Authority under regulations 3(6), 13(3) and 18(1) are functions of the Secretary of State under sections 14 to 16 of the 1990 Act,they shall be functions of the Health Authority.

Revocations

28.  The following Regulations are hereby revoked—

(a)the National Health Service (Fund-holding Practices) Regulations 1993(1);

(b)the National Health Service (Fund-holding Practices) Amendment Regultions 1994(2);

(c)the National Health Service (Fund-holding Practices) Amendment Regulations 1995(3); and

(d)the National Health Service (Fund-holding Practices) (Functions of Family Health Services Authorities) Regulations 1995(4).
