14. In regulation 26B, at the end of paragraph (2) add the following sub-paragraphs—
“(g)in the case of a relevant authority which is a county council or non-metropolitan district council, a combined fire authority constituted by a combination scheme under the Fire Services Act 1947(1) (“a combined fire authority”) in relation to which the relevant authority is a constituent council;
(h)in the case of a relevant authority which is a combined fire authority, a constituent council of the relevant authority;
(i)in the case of a relevant authority which is a London borough council or the Common Council of the City of London or a metropolitan district council, an authority established by order under section 10(1) of the Local Government Act 1985(2) (“a waste disposal authority”) in relation to which the relevant authority is a constituent council; and
(j)in the case of a relevant authority which is a waste disposal authority, a constituent council of the relevant authority.”.
