Regulation 20 of the principal Regulations

11.  In regulation 20, there shall be deleted—

(a) in paragraph (3)(a), the words “and the council water charge”;

(b) sub-paragraphs (h) and (i) of paragraph (3); and

(c) in paragraph (4), the words “or the council water charge”.
