The National Blood Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of establishments and facilities formerly managed by the East Anglian Regional Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the National Blood Authority2, having consulted the Anglia and Oxford Regional Health Authority3 and the National Blood Authority in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
