PART VBOATMASTERS' LICENCES
In this Part:–
“the 1993 Regulations” means the Merchant Shipping (Local Passenger Vessels) (Masters' Licences and Hours, Manning and Training) Regulations 1993(1);
“existing boatman’s licence” has the meaning given in the 1993 Regulations; and
“Boatmaster’s Licence” means a Licence within the meaning of regulation 4 of the 1993 Regulations.

3. Issue of Boatmaster’s Licence (except where the licence is issued in exchange for an existing boatman’s licence, in which case no fee shall be payable) | £18 |
4. Revalidation of Boatmaster’s Licence | £17 |
5. Endorsement of additional areas on Boatmaster’s Licence (on each occasion of an endorsement) | £28 |
6. Replacement of lost Boatmaster’s Licence, except where the loss or destruction of the original certificate was occasioned by the wreck or loss of the vessel or by a fire on board the vessel, in which case no fee shall be payable | £18 |
7. Application for exemption from Part II of the 1993 Regulations | £28 |
