Whereas the Secretary of State is satisfied that paragraph 22 of Schedule 2B to the Gas Act 1986(1) has been superseded by Regulations(2) made under section 18 and 18A of that Act;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 9(4) of the Gas Act 1995(3), hereby makes the following Order—

1986 c. 44; Schedule 2B was inserted by section 9(2) of the Gas Act 1995 (c. 45).

The Gas Safety (Rights of Entry) Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/2535).
