Amendment of Act of Sederunt (Civil Legal Aid Rules) 1987

2.  The Act of Sederunt (Civil Legal Aid Rules) 1987(1) shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “the Regulations” in rule 1(2) (interpretation) the following–

““the Regulations” means the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1996.”(2)
