Amendment of Act of Sederunt (Civil Legal Aid Rules) 19872
The Act of Sederunt (Civil Legal Aid Rules) 19872 shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “the Regulations” in rule 1(2) (interpretation) the following–
“the Regulations” means the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1996.
