In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 22(4) of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 1979(1), I hereby approve the following rules made by the United Kingdom Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting and set out in the Schedule hereto.
