In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 141A(3)(c) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988(1), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1988 c. 33: section 141A was inserted by section 6 of the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 (c. 26).
