SCHEDULETHE REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) RULES 1995

The Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine, in exercise of its powers under section 2(3) of the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960, and after consultation with all the Boards for the time being established under the said Act, hereby makes the following Rules:

1. These Rules may be cited as the Registration (Amendment) Rules 1995.

2. The Registration Rules 1962 (set out in the Schedule to the Professions Supplementary to Medicine (Registration Rules) Order of Council 1962(1) as amended(2)) shall be further amended as follows:

  • For the dates shown in column 3 of the Schedule there shall be substituted the following:

    30th April

    30th June

    31st July

    31st August

    31st October

    30th November

    28th February.

3. These Rules shall come into force when confirmed by order of the Privy Council.
