At the Council Chamber, Whitehall, the 11th day of September 1996
By the Lords of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council
Whereas in pursuance of section 2(3) of the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960(1) the Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine has made the Registration (Amendment) Rules 1995:
And whereas such rules may not come into force until confirmed by order of the Privy Council:
Now, therefore, Their Lordships, having taken the said rules into consideration, are hereby pleased to confirm the same as set out in the Schedule to this Order.
