These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (Competition) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1996.

These Regulations shall come into force for the purposes of regulation 4(a) and (b)(i) and (iii) on 13th December 1996 and for all other purposes on 1st April 1997.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (Competition) (Scotland) Regulations 19952.
