PART IIPROCEDURE FOR GRANT OF REGISTRATION NUMBER
1. The registration number referred to in regulation 11(5) shall consist of seven digits, the first two corresponding to the year of approval of confidentiality, the second two to the code assigned to each member State, as referred to in paragraph 2 below, and the final three digits assigned by the competent authority.
2. The code allocated to the United Kingdom is 06.
