Application
6. This Order shall not have effect in relation to an application for a grant which is made before this Order comes into force in a case where —
(a)the application is for a disabled facilities grant; or
(b)sections 112 or 113 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989(1) apply to the application.(2)
