Revocation
19. The Civil Aviation (Investigation of Air Accidents) Regulations 1989(1) are hereby revoked. Any investigation commenced under those Regulations which, in the case of a field investigation has not been completed or, in the case of a formal investigation has not been the subject of a report submitted to the Secretary of State, shall continue as if it had been commenced under these Regulations.
