SCHEDULE 2 Consequential Amendments

The Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 (c. 1)

22.  In section 833(2) of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 (interpretation)–

(a) for the words “Central Statistical Office of the Chancellor of the Exchequer”(1) there shall be substituted the words “Office for National Statistics”; and

(b) for the words “that Department” there shall be substituted the words “that Office”.
