Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Act

6.  For Schedule 5 to the Act (Plants the sale etc. of which is restricted)(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.

Schedule 5 was added by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, section 15(1) and Schedule 10.
