Amendment of the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995

3.  The 1995 Regulations shall be amended as follows:–

(a)at the end of regulation 3 (application) there shall be inserted “, except those special roads described in the Schedule to these Regulations”;

(b)at the end of the 1995 Regulations there shall be inserted the following:–

Regulation 3

“SCHEDULESPECIAL ROADS EXCEPTED FROM THE APPLICATION OF THESE REGULATIONS

1.  The special road authorised to be provided by the Edinburgh-Berwick upon Tweed Trunk Road (A1) Old Craighall Roundabout to East of Haddington Special Road Scheme 1994(1).

2.  The special road authorised to be provided by the Edinburgh-Berwick upon Tweed Trunk Road (A1) Old Craighall Roundabout to East of Haddington Special Road Scheme (No.2) 1994(2).”.
