Amendment of the principal Regulations3
In the definition of “legal representative” in regulation 2 of the principal Regulations, before the words “curator bonis” there shall be inserted the words “person having parental responsibilities within the meaning of section 1(3) of the Children (Scotland) Act 19953 or a”.
