Variation of the Fishing Boats (European Economic Community) Designation Order 1983

2.  The Fishing Boats (European Economic Community) Designation Order 1983(1) shall be varied by adding, in the appropriate columns of the Schedule thereto, the following countries, areas and descriptions of sea fish—

(a) before the entries relating to Belgium—

“Austria

Any part of British fishery limits outside 12 miles from the baselines

All descriptions of sea fish”;

(b) after the entry relating to Denmark—

“Finland

Any part of British fishery limits outside 12 miles from the baselines

All descriptions of sea fish”;

(c) after the entry relating to Spain—

“Sweden

Any part of British fishery limits outside 12 miles from the baselines

All descriptions of sea fish”.
