The Security Service Act 1996 (Commencement) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4(2) of the Security Service Act 1996(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Security Service Act 1996 (Commencement) Order 1996.
2. The Security Service Act 1996 shall come into force on 14th October 1996.
