The Moorland (Livestock Extensification) (Amendment) Regulations 1996

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, being a Minister designated1 for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 2 of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, acting in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by that subsection and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
