Leasehold Reform Act 1967

Paragraph 4 of Schedule 4A to the Leasehold Reform Act 196732, (shared ownership leases excluded from the Act) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (1)—
a
for “registered housing association” substitute “registered social landlord”, and
b
for “such an association” substitute “a registered social landlord”.

In sub-paragraph (2)(c), for “registered housing association” substitute “registered social landlord”.

In sub-paragraph (3), for the definition of “registered housing association” substitute—
“registered social landlord” has the same meaning as in the Housing Act 1985 (see section 5(4) and (5) of that Act).
