7. In section 3A(8) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977(1) (licences to occupy hostels provided by certain housing trusts excluded from Act), for paragraph (h) and the word “or” at the end of the paragraph substitute—
“(h)a housing trust (within the meaning of the Housing Associations Act 1985) which is a charity or a registered social landlord (within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985); or.”
