Amendment of the Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Perpetuities) Regulations 1990
3. In regulation 5 of the Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Perpetuities) Regulations 1990(1) (schemes that cease to qualify under section 163 of the Pension Schemes Act 1993) for “Occupational Pensions Board consider” there is substituted “Secretary of State considers”.
