Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st September 1996.
(2) In these Regulations a reference to the principal Regulations is a reference to the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) Regulations 1994(1).
